We are closing because of the complexities of running a global business with the intention, ethical standards, and level of product quality that I have always believed in. We found ourselves facing many of the same challenges that other business owners are navigating today. Kahina was built to do things differently, and maintaining those standards at this scale has become increasingly difficult. 

After much thought, I feel this is the right time to close this chapter. It feels important to me to do so with the same intention, integrity, and commitment to doing things the right way with which I started the business.

We are winding down our operations and moving through our remaining inventory. We expect to officially close our doors in December 2026, or sooner if we sell through our inventory before then.

If you don’t see a product on our website, it has sold out. As we wind down, we’re gradually removing products from the site as inventory sells through. Once a product is gone, it will not be restocked.

Unfortunately no. Once our inventory sells out, we will not be making more.

You may still be able to find Kahina products through our retail partners as long as they have inventory available. Kahina will not be restocking or supplying retailers once our inventory is gone.

No. We are not selling expired products. All products are within their appropriate shelf life when sold. Products with a shorter shelf life, within 6 months, will be sold at a greater discount.

Yes. You can continue to place orders while products are available. We will continue selling through our remaining inventory until December 2026 or until our inventory is sold out.

All orders are final sale. We are unable to accommodate refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or price adjustments.

Yes. Orders will continue to ship as usual. However, we expect a higher-than-usual volume of orders during our closing period, which may result in some shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if your order is affected.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue with communication between our warehouse and shipping system. Rest assured that your order should still be on its way.

Yes. We recommend that you use your points by October 15.  Be advised that we may not have the products you are looking for as we sell down our inventory.

Yes. Kahina points can be redeemed on discounted products until the points redemption deadline.

Yes. We recommend you use your gift card by October 15 to be sure we still have product available.
