Our lovely card from The Lower East Side Girls Club
A few weeks ago, we heard about The Beauty Bean's Alexis Wolfer's work with The Lower East Side Girls Club. Alexis is on a campaign for donations of eco-friendly beauty products for the Club, whose mission is "raising the next generation of environmental, entrepreneurial, and ethical leaders".
Since 1996 the LES Girls Club has been a place where "women 8 to 23 can grow, learn, have fun, and develop confidence in themselves and their ability to make a real difference in the world."
Kahina Giving Beauty seeks to help women not just in Morocco, but also in our NYC "backyard", and around the world. We're proud to have been able to donate our Facial Lotion to 30 girls. We think it's great that the Club is looking specifically for eco-friendly products!
