Walked the vineyards of Vine Hill Ranch outside of Yountville today with the the amazingly talented wine maker Francoise Peschon to test the brix (sugar content) before harvest next week. Francoise is a testament to working closely with nature in order to tease out the best it has to offer. A wonderful collaboration!
