Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of full-sized product purchase, less cost of shipping. Please notify us via email and return item(s) to GIVING BEAUTY, 325 W. 16TH ST. 6E, NEW YORK, NY 10011. DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER. Without prior email notification, we cannot accept returns. Once item is received we will process return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
Canceling an order:
If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but before it arrives to you, please note you will incur a non-negotiable fee of $12.35. This is the charge that UPS bills for a delivery intercept.
Unless otherwise indicated, limit one promotion redemption per household. Unless otherwise stated, one promotion can be applied per transaction. Promotions are only applicable for dates indicated and while supplies last. We reserve the right to rescind a promotion at any time. We invite you to like us on Facebook, or follow us on Twitter for exclusive promotional offerings.
We send samples at our discretion. Typically, we send a free sample with any purchase. Samples are limited to those we have in stock. If you do not receive a sample with your order, you’ve ordered every product for which a sample is available. We regrettably cannot send samples without an order.
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing during business days. Shipping is $8.98, flat rate. Average actual cost of shipping to a home is $13, so please keep in mind you are getting discounted shipping.
All orders are shipped UPS. We regretfully cannot ship to PO boxes. We do ship to APO boxes for our standard ground rate. PLEASE CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. If you enter an incorrect shipping address (i.e. not your address, or one that UPS will not deliver to), you are responsible for paying the change fee of $12.35 which we will bill to the original card used for transaction. We reserve the right to do this at any time, even after product is delivered, if UPS has charged us for the change address or for a wrong address. Once a shipment is released to carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft. In the unlikely event that product is damaged during carriage, please contact us. All packages are shipped UPS and are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Please check the UPS website for additional information on shipping, including special schedules due to holidays.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please contact one of our retail partners.
By completing an order on our website, you are giving us permission to contact you in the future with promotions, updates, and information about our brand. We will never share this information with any third party company. You may unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter.
Our corporate offices operate Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST. We are closed on holidays.
